It is well positioned in the driver’s optimum field of vision (where the speedometer is when Night View Assist is not operating) , and when activated the driver can see the road ahead just like having high-beam on, but without dazzling oncoming drivers.

The black and white image shows both “warm” objects such as people and animals, and “cold” obstructions like debris, giving you time to react accordingly. A great safety advantage when driving at night!
